1. Introduction Welcome to the Refund Policy of Easy Fix. This policy governs the refund process for services booked and paid for through the Easy Fix app, ensuring fairness for both our customers and service providers.
2. Scope and Applicability
- Service Charges Refund: This policy covers refunds of service charges only. It does not include materials or parts purchased for completing the service.
- Specific Service Provisions: Refunds are applicable to the specific services availed. If an issue arises in a service area not covered or different from the one serviced, this policy will not apply.
- Vendor Responsibility: The individual vendor responsible for the service will process the refund, not the Easy Fix company directly.
3. Refund Eligibility and Process
- Eligibility Criteria: Refunds are applicable under circumstances where the service provided is unsatisfactory, incomplete, or does not meet the agreed-upon standards.
- Refund Request: Customers must submit a refund request via the Easy Fix app or through email, detailing the reasons for dissatisfaction.
- Evidence Submission: To facilitate a smooth refund process, customers are encouraged to provide evidence, such as photos or detailed descriptions of the issue.
4. Refund Method
- Digital Wallet Credit: All refunds will be processed by crediting the amount to the customer’s digital wallet within the Easy Fix app.
- Non-Bank Transfers: For services paid online, refunds will not be returned via bank transfer but will be added to the customer’s digital wallet.
5. Time Frame and Limitations
- Request Deadline: Refund requests must be made within a set period (e.g., 7 days) following the completion of the service.
- Partial Refunds: In cases where part of the service is satisfactory, a partial refund may be considered.
6. Policy Updates Easy Fix reserves the right to modify this policy. Users will be notified of significant changes through the app or via email.
